Professional Photography Days
July 2 & July 3 · Sunrise to Sunset · Advance Reservation Required

For two days only, the lavender fields will be open for scheduled professional photography sessions. This is the only time during the season that professional photography is permitted on the farm.

Soft morning light across the rows, golden hour on the hillside, and quiet space between sessions - these days are designed to give photographers a calm, intentional environment in which to work while protecting the plants and the pace of the farm.

Session Details
Professional sessions are $50 per client and must be reserved in advance through our RSVP form.

Your RSVP form must include:
Photographer name and business name
Session type (portrait, family, engagement, branding, mini sessions, etc.)
Number of people attending
Large props (if any)
Approximate session length
Social media handles (all promoted content must be tagged @pumpkinblossomfarm)

Photographs taken on the farm are welcome for portfolio, client galleries, and personal use.
Any images intended for commercial sale, publication, product use, or promotional materials must receive prior written approval from Pumpkin Blossom Farm.

Invoices will be prepared ahead of time based on this information.

Check-In Process
All photographers must:
Have previously submitted Policy Forms via email (forms sent upon RSVP) 
Check in at the barn store upon arrival
Pay their prepared invoice at check-in
Unregistered, walk-in, or unscheduled professional sessions are not permitted.

Field Guidelines
To protect the lavender and maintain a peaceful environment:
Stay on designated paths and open rows only
Do not step into or stand on plants
No moving of farm furniture or signage
Large props must be approved in advance
Limit of one photographer per session booking
Clients and assistants must remain with the photographer at all times

These guidelines allow us to keep the fields healthy, create a respectful shared space, and ensure every photographer has room to work without crowding.
