Self-hypnosis is a structured method of entering a focused, relaxed state and using intentional suggestions to influence thoughts, enhance creativity, manage emotions, change habits, and behaviors. Many people use it as a tool for personal development, stress management, and performance enhancement.

 

We teach you self-hypnosis so that you can develop your own process of evaluating and changing habits, enhancing creativity, better processing emotions, and creating calm within yourself. While self-hypnosis is not the best technique for all situations, it is ideal for clients who wish to set and enhance self-affirmations and long-term goal setting. 

 

This three-hour session leads you through an in-depth explanation, hypnotic induction, and reinforcement of the self-hypnosis technique and practice.  You will receive instructions on creating self-hypnosis suggestions. We provide a list of suggestions for you to use during your initial self-hypnosis practice.
