This year 100% of the funds we raise will benefit Gilda’s Club (Cancer Support Community Greater Philadelphia) in Warminster.

Gilda’s Club is a nonprofit that provides free emotional, social, and educational support to people affected by cancer- patients, survivors, caregivers, family, and friends. It was born out of the idea that no one facing cancer should do so alone, delivering programs in a warm, community-oriented setting.

In our community of Warminster and the greater Bucks County area, your contributions will make a real difference by:

• Maintaining and expanding free support groups where members can talk through fears, share experiences, and build resilience
• Offering educational workshops and resource sessions (e.g. nutrition, stress management, wellness practices) to empower patients and caregivers
• Providing social and wellness programming—art therapy, gentle movement, mindfulness, family events—that counters isolation and fosters hope
• Covering operational costs so Gilda’s Club can keep its doors open, staffed by trained professionals, without charging those in need

Because Gilda’s Club does not charge for its services, it relies on community support to sustain its mission. By giving through our Hero campaign, you’re ensuring that in our own town, people touched by cancer have a warm place to turn, a caring community to lean on, and the tools to face each day with strength.

This year the Hero WOD holds special meaning. On August 27th 2025 our compound family lost Jim's Schade one of our beloved small group personal training members to cancer. Jim worked out through treatments until his last weeks, always with a positive mindset and a smile. This November. We honor not only officer Brad Fox but also Jim and the legacies they left in their communities.

This year we lift, sweat, and serve in honor of Brad, Jim and the strength of community.

Note: T-shirt pickup starts at 8 AM. The Brad Fox Hero WOD begins at 9 AM.
