This in depth workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body using self-myofascial release. We will learn about the ways we hold our stress and introduce practical techniques using props such as therapy balls, blocks, and your own touch to release tightness and improve mobility.
Focusing on commonly stressed areas such as the neck, shoulders, hips, lower back, and feet. These techniques will be complemented by simple mindful movements to create space in the body, as well as calming breath practices to support nervous system regulation and inner ease.
We offer a nurturing, supportive environment focused on self-care and self-compassion for all levels —no prior experience with myofascial release or yoga is needed. Props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own therapy balls or tools if you prefer.

Juli strongly believes that yoga benefits every age, body, and mind and loves the chance to spread her enthusiasm on the subject! She is an artist, musician, nature enthusiast, and mother of four.
