Participants learn how to structure and negotiate employment agreements that meet legislative requirements and reflect good workplace practice. The workshop also covers how to design and deliver structured induction plans that support engagement and productivity from day one.

The programme introduces participants to how HRIS tools can improve contract and induction processes. Through case studies and hands-on exercises, participants leave with templates, checklists, and clear next steps they can apply immediately.

Participants will learn how to:

• Develop clear, compliant employment agreements
• Create structured and engaging induction programmes
• Understand legal obligations and key contractual clauses
• Review templates and onboarding materials for accuracy
• Improve efficiency by using HRIS tools
• Understand the cost and productivity impacts of effective onboarding

Business owners, HR staff, and team leaders responsible for documentation and onboarding.

Mark works with leaders to resolve complex employment issues and deliver the outcomes their business needs. He brings strong capability in employment relations, restructures, and early management of performance or conduct concerns.
