Wellbeing Walk

Walking in nature has been proven to positively impact our physical and mental health. There couldn’t be a better place to come and enjoy some moments of calm and serenity as you take the time to unwind. Our guide will lead you on a gentle walk through the various habitats, stopping often to simply awaken your senses to the sights and sounds around you.
