- **Event Name**: Samhain: Stretch, Sauna & Sound
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sun, 01 Nov, 2026 at 10:00 am – Sun, 01 Nov, 2026 at 05:00 pm (+00:00)
- **Event Description**: As the Wheel of the Year turns towards Samhain, we invite you to spend a day immersed in warmth, stillness and seasonal ritual.

Samhain is a sacred threshold. A time to honour the harvest, embrace the slowing of nature, and gently release what no longer serves us before the quieter months ahead. As the leaves fall and the days grow shorter, we too are invited to turn inwards, reconnect with ourselves, and find beauty in rest.

This full-day retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect and honour the changing season through movement, nature, nourishment and ritual.

Your day includes:

• Gentle yoga and stretching with Natty from Zen Studio
• Self-guided woodland walk
• Seasonal plant-based lunch
• Guided meditation and Reiki-infused sound bath with Kate from Woodland Bear Reiki
• Wood-fired forest sauna, cold plunge pools and jungle showers
• Herbal tea and homemade flapjack
• Ritual fire circle and release ceremony

Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, restored and renewed, carrying the quiet wisdom of Samhain with you into the months ahead.
