Christmas can feel heavy when you’re carrying it all alone.

Between co-parenting tensions, emotional exhaustion, and trying to hold it together for everyone else - it’s easy to lose sight of you.

This winter, it’s your turn to be held.

Join us for Light the Way, a nurturing one-day retreat designed especially for single mums who are ready to release the weight of the year, reconnect with their inner light, and enter the festive season feeling calm, grounded, and whole again.

Through guided meditation, Reiki-infused relaxation, cacao ceremony, and practical workshops on emotional resilience and self-care, you’ll find space to breathe, reflect, and reset.
We’ll close with a fire ceremony for release, and a forest sauna and plunge pool experience to symbolise renewal - body, mind, and soul.

This isn’t about escaping for a day.

It’s about remembering your strength, reclaiming your peace, and lighting the way forward - for yourself and those you love.
