This months acts are: The Trees The Trees have been part of the Ware and Hertford music scene for decades, building a loyal following with their melodic Americana-inspired songs and subtle rock edge. Their acoustic line-up brings a fresh, open feel to music that has become woven into the local music landscape. Peter Crossley Peter Crossley delivers heartfelt original songs alongside carefully chosen covers, blending folk influences with warm vocals, guitar and fiddle. His performances are honest, engaging and full of character. Ali Pulit Ali Pulit draws on classic folk influences and contemporary indie songwriting to create intimate, beautifully crafted songs. Her delicate yet expressive voice and acoustic arrangements offer listeners a collection of quiet, heartfelt stories. Bill Exaggerator Bill Exaggerator combines vocals, guitar and percussion to create songs about love, relationships and life’s complications. His distinctive style defies easy categorisation, making every performance an intriguing listen. Simon Smith Simon Smith is a songwriter whose music explores themes of justice, compassion and humanity. With memorable melodies and thoughtful lyrics, he brings a unique blend of indie, folk rock and roots music to the stage. Colin Swift Colin Swift writes and performs original songs filled with warmth, reflection and optimism. A talented multi-instrumentalist, he pairs thoughtful lyrics with strong musicianship to create an inviting live experience. The event is being held on the first floor of the Southern Maltings building. Please check with the event organisers if using stairs is problematic. Southern Maltings is the trading name of Ware Arts Centre Limited and is a registered charity (Registered charity no. 276998).
