In this session, we’ll explore the world of abstract landscapes, using colour, texture, and expressive mark-making to capture the feeling of a place rather than its exact details. You’ll experiment with layering, blending, and simplifying forms to create atmospheric compositions inspired by skies, horizons, water, and natural textures. Through a series of studies and one final piece, you’ll discover how abstraction can transform familiar landscapes into personal, emotive works of art full of movement, depth, and mood.

Minimum Age 16: Our events are for ages 16 and up. Some venues require guests to be 18 or older. If you're booking for someone between 16 and 18, please confirm availability through sirena13art@gmail.com

?You’ll explore:
	•	Selecting and arranging mini abstracts into a cohesive series
	•	Using colour palettes and repeating motifs for unity
	•	Exploring contrast and variation for visual interest
	•	Mounting or presenting your gallery for maximum impact

Conclusion:
This session is all about abstract landscapes. By the end, you’ll have a finished series of mini abstracts arranged as a “gallery wall” — a body of work that shows your artistic voice across multiple pieces. And a final one based on your watercolour studies.
