Arrivals from 7:30am, we will begin our morning perfectly with a beautiful yoga session on the grass with instructors Eli & Tilly, then it's time to put on some trail running shoes and hear from Sam (our ON Running rep) who will be telling us all about the CloudUltra and CloudUltra Pro trail shoes provided for your running enjoyment. 

Try one of both models as you wind your way around the Yarra River on easy to navigate and fun single trails suitable for all abilities. One, two, or four laps it's up to you! The course is approximately 4km in length and just lovely. 

Following your run; Eli and Tilly will be taking us all through a grounding and breath-work journey to cool down and calm the mind and body. 

Roxy Kitchen Cafe will be open and awaiting us all with freshly brewed beverages and homemade muffins straight from the oven to refuel! 

Everyone is welcome, walkers and doggos too! 

This is a FREE EVENT and we look forward to you, your friends, and families, all joining us for a perfectly lovely Sunday morning among nature.
