*  Deeply relaxing live harp music and mindfulness sessions in the meditation sanctuary
*  Toning and voice work
*  Creative activities to to wash away any stress or anxiety
*  Music and movement
*  Labyrinth and Bush walks
*. An opportunity to be in nature with the birds and animals that reside at the retreat centre
*A chance to learn recovery-based tools with a holistic approaches in a safe and caring group environment
*Vegan meals and snacks will be provided over the whole weekend
*Concluding in a Sunday afternoon harp concert
No previous meditation or musical experience required.
