Graduates of our Beginner Series in the past have loved the foundation they receive and the confidence that comes from participating in a complete introduction study like this. 
What clients can expect:
? A structured and approachable framework to help you build confidence in your ability to practice yoga anywhere
?  1-1 attention throughout the 4 weeks -I’ll be observing and giving individual cues to help you find balance and alignment in basic yoga poses 
? A student packet to help you strengthen your practice and knowledge of yoga 
? A safe and judgement free environment where you can grow and learn 
? A community of likeminded and welcoming people who will share the journey
? Fun!
