As the year comes to a close and the world quickens around us, this is an invitation to slow down.
Through cacao, gentle yoga, meditation and yoga nidra, we soften the edges of the season and refill our inner cup.
To pause and tend to yourself in the midst of the rush is an act of quiet rebellion, a radical gesture of self-care in a culture that glorifies busyness. These evenings are a sanctuary of stillness, where you can ground, reflect, and nourish your nervous system before the new year begins.
We will meet for 3 consecutive Monday night sessions:
1st, 8th and 15th December at Yogabee studio, Whanganui
1.5-hour evening sessions, 5.30-7pm
You can attend just one or all 3 sessions
Each includes: ceremonial cacao sharing, gentle yoga & breath, meditation, yoga nidra (deep rest), closing circle/ journaling
No experience with yoga is required.
You’ll also explore cacao as a grounding and heart-opening practice, learning how this sacred plant can support presence, reflection, and deeper inner connection. By the end of the series, you’ll have not only rested deeply but also gained tools to carry that sense of calm and nourishment into your daily life.
