This one-day workshop is a guided, embodied journey that includes:

?Group experiential exercises to deepen awareness, connection, and embodied presence
?Group constellations sessions for insight and transformation
?Personal sessions (time allowing)
?Integration and reflection time to anchor insights and support ongoing awareness

You’ll be invited to sense, feel, and explore what is - at your own pace -  engaging both the seen and unseen layers of the systems you belong to.

Constellations can illuminate unconscious patterns, loyalties, and beliefs that keep you stuck or weighed down. As these dynamics are witnessed, new perspectives and possibilities emerge. Many experience a sense of relief, freedom, and renewed flow in life.

About Yee Ley
Yee Ley Lau is a facilitator of transformation who guides individuals and groups to reconnect with their essence and uncover what is ready to be seen, healed, and integrated.

Her work weaves together Systemic Constellations, sound therapy, and other experiential modalities, creating spaces that are both grounded and deeply intuitive.

With a gentle yet direct presence, she supports people to explore their stories, relationships, and inner landscapes — fostering self-awareness, empowerment, and choice.

With over 15 years of experience, Yee Ley’s approach is experiential and responsive, meeting each person where they are and inviting alignment with the natural flow of life.
