Through gentle hypnosis and deep relaxation, we travel beyond this current lifetime into the most aligned past life — the one your soul chooses to reveal for your highest evolution now.

Here, you may witness who you were, where you lived, the choices you made, and how those experiences echo into your present life.
You might uncover the root of repeating emotional patterns, chronic conditions, phobias, or recurring dreams — or simply receive soul-level understanding and healing that helps you move forward with clarity and peace.

Conscious connected breathwork is designed to support healing, insight and inner transformation. This is a simple yet powerful process accompanied by gentle guidance, vocal toning ques, medicine music for harmonic attunement and affirmations for self love, wellbeing and inspiration!

This offering is one of my most cherished ways to channel and connect with others, and I’m deeply honored to share this journey with you.
