You MUST keep stock contained AT ALL TIMES! DO NOT CARRY STOCK OUT IN YOUR ARMS! This is not an auction. All sales are direct between seller & buyer. Live birds Anything to do with poultry welcome. WHERE: Robert Schwarten Pavilion Rockhampton Showgrounds Gate 5 TIMES: Gates open to sellers ONLY at 6:30 am. Gates open to general public/buyers at 8:30 am SHARP. Conclusion of event by 11 am - or until stock is sold out, which ever comes first ENTRY COST: General Public $5 per adult (under 12 free) EFTPOS available at the gate for seller fees and entry payments. However, cash for general public entry is faster to process. BYO CAGE/BOX/CRATE!! MUST comply with animal welfare laws (and common sense!). All stock/birds MUST be contained in a crate/box/cage AT ALL TIMES. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! A small amount of medium cardboard boxes will be available for purchase for $5ea from the entry gate. FOOD/DRINK: Breaky/coffee will be available onsite to purchase by Sams Sangas. St Brendan's College Yeppoon will also hold a sausage sizzle to raise money for their chicken breeding program (cash only) (TBC) FREE balloon art for the kids by Curly Lou and Face Painting by Gail. SELLERS: If you would like to register as a seller please complete the form by clicking here. Make sure you read and agree to all of the T&C's. Seller registration due by 5pm Thursday 10th September. No registration means no entry to sell. Don't show up at the gate and expect a spot- demand is high at our meets now and we can't just slot you in sorry. ITEMS FOR PURCHASE: A list of offerings will be updated frequently prior to the event on our pinned post on our Facebook page here or webpage. DON'T FORGET: Stock must be contained at all times. BYO cage/box & cash for purchases. Most sellers do not have eftpos. Nearest cash-out facility is Peries IGA Supermarket, 3 Wandal Rd, Wandal (opens at 6am) Buyers, take the time to inspect potential additions to your flock CAREFULLY. If you are not confident, please bring along an experienced person to assist you in the purchase. Although we do everything in our power to ensure sellers are honest, we are in no-way liable for any purchases you make.
