- **Event Description**: 4-H members who wish to participate in the Delaware County 4-H Livestock Auction at the Delaware County Fair will be required to complete an annual certificate through the National YQCA organization. Delaware County 4-H will provide 4 in person opportunities for youth to complete this certification. Youth who cannot attend the in person option can complete the certificate online directly with YQCA. If youth participate with Delaware County 4-H, the cost of certificate will be covered by the program. If families wish to take the online YQCA certificate, there will be a $12 cost per youth to complete: https://yqcaprogram.org

If you have questions regarding the YQCA Program, please contact Kaitlyn Conklin at krs257@cornell.edu. All program dates and times are subject to change. Families who are registered will be notified directly in advance of any program detail changes. Public announcements will also be made on ccedelaware.org website and official Delaware County 4-H Facebook page.
