You’ll be invited to draw an oracle card to carry with you through the experience.Meditation & BreathworkA short guided session to help you land, slow down, and reconnect with your body.Life DrawingA calm, guided session inspired by the shapes, softness and stillness of Flaming June. We’ll keep it simple focusing on observation rather than skill, with prompts to help you notice form, curves, light and rest in the body. No pressure to produce anything “good”, just a chance to slow down, look closely, and translate what you see in your own way. Live Music InterludeA short piano performance blending classical and improvisation. A magical time to pause and listen.Movement & DanceA gentle shift into intuitive movement. No choreography, just an invitation to move as you feel. If you haven't experienced free dancing such as ecstatic dance, this is an opportunity to use movement as expression. Its a beautiful way to connect with rhythms and allow your body to relax and release.
