➤ To apply: Please fill out this application form [https://www.city.waltham.ma.us/DocumentCenter/View/10473/Waltham-Marketplace-Day---Application ] and return it to the Mayor's Office no later than August 28, 2026. You may submit via email to Donna at ddigregorio@city.waltham.ma.us. If approved, you will receive a confirmation. 

Any food vendors (after receiving approval confirmation) must also get a permit through the Health Department [https://city.waltham.ma.us/2414/License-Fees-Applications ] prior to September 11, 2026. Email Michelle Feeley at mfeeley@city.waltham.ma.us with any questions.
