- **Event Description**: These posters were used as teaching aids in the classroom of Ms. Lucille Hanna during & after WWII. Upon Ms. Hanna’s retirement she passed them along to a newly minted history teacher, Jack Cox. Jack has been Waltham’s greatest historical asset for 45 years as a teacher and in sharing history with the community. He generously donated the collection of 174 posters to the Waltham Historical Society and will tell their story on November 6, 2025.
More posters are on exhibit at the Society’s repository at 260 Grove Street through January. Please make an appointment to visit or come in Wednesday or Saturday mornings between 10am and noon.
