# Event Details

- **Event Name**: Samhain Temple Sound Bath
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sun, 09 Nov, 2025 at 06:30 pm – Sun, 09 Nov, 2025 at 08:00 pm
- **Event Description**: Come and enjoy a deeply profound sound healing experience. Our Sound Bath Events are facilitated by Dawn Kinsella, Priestess of Avalon and The Temple of The Blue Rose and Sacred Sound Healing practitioner at Healing Horizons.

During a sound bath, intentionally chosen sound frequencies resonate with these internal vibrations, helping restore natural rhythms and coherence. This resonance effect is similar to tuning a musical instrument, bringing the body and mind back into harmony. Sound baths engage the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and lowering cortisol levels, which allows the body to enter into deep states of calm and restoration.

Frequencies emitted during a sound bath can help release emotional blockages stored within the body, gently dissolving anxiety, sadness, grief, and fear, leading to emotional clarity and improved mood. The rich, layered sounds guide the brain into meditative states (alpha and theta brainwave frequencies), encouraging deep meditation, clarity of mind, and heightened states of awareness.

We are offering an additional element to this Samhain sound immersion; a ceremonial space for you to honour your ancestors and beloveds who have passed beyond the veil.

As the wheel turns towards Samhain, 31st October, also known as All Hallows Eve or Halloween, it is known that for the days leading up and in the days shortly, the veil between the two worlds is thinnest. A time for honouring those who have passed beyond this earthly life.

Held in our beautiful Academy room, this event will have limited capacity to 12 participants, so booking is essential. We provide plush mats, cushions and blankets to ensure your complete comfort and rest. Please arrive approximately 15-20 minute before the event begins so that you can get comfortable in your space.

The fee for each Sound Bath Evening is £20 - you can book on the link below.
