# Event Details - **Event Name**: Epping Forest Sound Bath Meditation at The Hive - **Event Start and End Date**: Fri, 24 Apr, 2026 at 07:00 pm – Fri, 24 Apr, 2026 at 08:30 pm (+01:00) - **Event Description**: Join Ren for Meditative Sound Bath, in the heart of the beautiful Epping ForestAbout this EventI invite you to join me back to the beautiful Lodge space at The Hive in Epping Forest as we connect together with nature and sound.Come and bathe in the frequencies, vibrations and waves of sound in the beautiful setting of Epping Forest, tucked away in the lodge with Opening glass doors (weather dependant) to give you a full indoor/outdoor experience during the session.Before the Sound Journey starts, if the weather allows, there will be the oportunity for us to walk and ground outisde, connecting with our breath and the breath of life within nature, before entering back inside for the sound experience.This session aims to take you into a tranquil meditative space, drawing you into predominantly both Alpha and Theta brainwaves states in order to access true rest and inner connection. This space is yours to explore, to rest, relax, recharge and renew.The session will be working with the Gong, a selection of Singing Bowls and Drum. At the end there will be a short time of chimes and percussion to bring you back into a normal waking state of consciousness, back into the space.Please arrive promptly before 7:00pm for a 7:00pm start/intro, allowing for your set up and comfort.PLEASE NOTE, parking is limited so if you are buying more than one ticket and it is possible for you to car share, or if you know anyone else who is coming please try to travel together.If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
