Yoga for Beginners

So excited to offer a beginner yoga class for people of all ages.
The class will be a great way to start the yoga practice you’ve always wanted to try.
We will work on relaxation, stability, lengthening and strengthening the mind and body.
Your teacher: Dorothy Scott with over 5 years experience as a yoga teacher specializing in beginners and children’s yoga
Max class size: 7 students
Children- 10$ a class
Adults- 15$ a class
