Take your practice to the water and experience yoga like never before! Join us at beautiful Lathrop State Park for a fun, refreshing Paddleboard Yoga session on Horseshoe Lake.

We’ll meet at the Southside Kayak Boat Ramp at 1:00 PM, paddle out together, and be settled on the water—ready to flow—by 1:30 PM. Expect a relaxing, beginner-friendly class focused on balance, breath, and enjoying the peaceful lake setting.

✨ Details:
• Time: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
• Class Cost: $20 per person- Can be paid at time of event in cash. Can also pay anytime via Paypal, Cash App or Zelle (just DM me). 
• Location: Horseshoe Lake (Southside Kayak Boat Ramp)

🚣 Important:
You're encouraged to bring your own paddleboard but can rent one from The Paddle Shack LLC. (Rentals are not included in the class price.) Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so plan ahead! Pricing, contact info and a page link will be shared in the discussion section.

🚗 Park Entry:
A park entrance fee is required for Lathrop State Park. Visitors must purchase a $10 daily pass per vehicle or have a valid Keep Colorado Wild Pass associated with their vehicle registration.

💧 What to bring:
• Paddleboard + paddle 
• Water bottle
• Sunscreen and/or hat
• Towel and/or change of clothes in your vehicle (just in case 😉)
• Life Jacket is required to be on your vessel
• Anchor

All levels are welcome—whether you're brand new or a seasoned yogi, this class is all about having fun, finding your balance, and soaking up the vibe.
