Evensong

Why not join us at 6.30pm for Evensong.

During this service the choir sing responses, canticles, an anthem, and the psalms set for the day on our behalf, allowing us to experience the beauty of the music in this iconic setting. There are some readings from the Bible, and prayers are said for the Church, the World and ourselves.

Evensong provides a restful, peaceful and contemplative time at the even point of the day, between the end of the working day and night-time.

It is for that reason Evensong is the perfect opportunity to relax after a busy day. 🙏
