Sound Bath

Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, Meditative Sound Bath class is suitable for all levels. We invite you to join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation, as you allow the healing power of sound to wash over you and bring you into a state of inner peace.

Attendees are invited to enter the garden 30 minutes before the event’s start to wander and enjoy the tranquil surroundings; after the session, you’re also encouraged to explore the garden further for an extended, peaceful experience.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and wear something comfy to encourage relaxation during the session (don’t worry if you don’t have these items, we have extras for you).
