This special workshop combines gentle, fully supported restorative yoga postures with breathwork and a sound bath, inviting your body and mind into profound rest and reset.
We’ll ease tension, soften the heart space, and shift from stress mode into a state of deep relaxation and “rest-and-digest.” Long, cozy holds calm the nervous system while soothing sound vibrations from bowls, chimes, and gentle tones help release stored stress and emotional tightness.
You’ll be held, supported, and guided every step of the way.
No experience needed. Arrive as you are and allow rest, warmth, and quiet vibration to restore your whole system.
Leave feeling grounded, nourished, open-hearted, and renewed - inside and out.
