As we close the chapter on this year, you’re invited to pause, breathe, and gently release what no longer serves you- creating space for abundance, clarity, and aligned new beginnings. Released & Renewal is a heart-centered sound bath designed to support emotional cleansing, energetic reset, and soulful intention-setting for the year ahead.What to Expect

Through the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and guided meditation, we will soften the weight we’ve been carrying throughout the year and open to the possibilities waiting on the horizon for the next year.

To honor the collective energy of release and renewal, we will gather around a shared community altar.

Please bring a small item—such as a crystal, flower, a card, written intention, or symbolic object—to place on the altar as a representation of what you are releasing or calling in.
