Over the course of two transformative weekends, you’ll dive deep into:

- Building community & fostering connection
- Breathwork & energetic awareness (Pranayama)
- Hands on adjustments
- Advanced poses
- Personalized mentorship with Kelly Callahan

Led by Indigo's co-founder & teacher Kelly Callahan along with some amazing guest instructors, this training provides hands-on guidance, expert insight, and a supportive community to help you grow with confidence. Join us and unlock the skills, knowledge, and inspiration to lead dynamic, heart-centered Vinyasa Flow classes!

This course qualifies for continuing education credits with Yoga Alliance.

Prerequisite: At least one year of solid yoga practice

Two Weekend Dates:
Nov 7-9th & Nov 14-16th, 2025

Fridays: 6:30pm - 9:30pm
Saturdays: 8:15am - 4:15pm
Sundays: 9:00am - 5:00pm
