Deep Rest: Yoga Nidra

A 45 minute session to relax, unwind and find inner peace through a guided meditation practice called Yoga Nidra in Hebburn Central.

No prior experience required.

Yoga Nidra is a state between waking and sleeping with a simplistic guidance with your teacher Nicola of Aroha Healing.

You can get seated but if you would like to lie down here are some suggested things to bring for extra comfort:
