This session centres around Yoga Nidra — a deeply restorative guided relaxation designed to support emotional balance, mental clarity, and true rest (the kind you can’t get from sleep alone).
You’ll be gently guided through:

💤 Guided Yoga Nidra — a powerful practice of deep rest
🎶 Soft, soothing music to calm the nervous system
🕯️ A candlelit, nurturing space to cocoon and restore
