Ready to hit pause, move your body, and reset your week?

Join me for a 2.5 hour midweek mini retreat designed to help you shake off the stress, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling energised and uplifted — all in a relaxed, welcoming space.

We’ll begin with a slow flow yoga class to release tension and build energy, followed by a self reflection journalling activity to help you reflect and re-centre. Then we’ll close with a glass of wine (or two)- chance to share, sip, and unwind together.
