As the sun begins to descend towards the horizon, beautiful colors and refracted light paint a blissful mosaic for the eyes. Transitioning from movement to stillness, resting on the earth or floating in the pool, as the body is bathed in sound, journeying with the element of water while regulating the nervous system.
