Spending time to journal and write a letter to the little you that still resides in the present day adult self, giving the support that you needed in the past through encouraging and compassionate words. Moving that stuck energy through a grounding yogic practice as Deonna guides you through movement supported by reiki. Slowing down to allow for rest and integration in a Soul soothing savasana.
