Goodness Gracious Grief Talking Circle

February can be a bittersweet month.

While the world celebrates love and togetherness, many people are holding very different experiences, the grief of losing a partner, the pain of a relationship ending, the loneliness of not having someone, or the quieter heartbreaks and life transitions that don’t always have a name. However grief arrives for you, it is worthy of space and tenderness.

You are warmly welcome to our Goodness Gracious Grief Talking Circle at Heather’s Café in Cholsey on Sunday 22nd February 2026 at 11am, a gentle space to honour whatever this month is stirring in you.

This is a community gathering, not a therapy group, where you can be heard, held and understood among others who recognise the many ways grief moves through our lives.

You are invited to bring a photo or small token that honours a loved one, a relationship or a moment of transition as we move through this tender month together.
