Full Moon Medicine

Gather under November's Full Beaver Moon in Taurus for an earthbound, cosmic lunar experience that connects you to Pachamama, Spirit, and the self. Beginning our spiritual journey with a collective oracle reading, aromatherapy enhanced breathwork, and a magical cacao meditation. Sipping on Mama Cacao's sweet nectar as she opens the heart and roots you into the Divine Mother Earth while we sing her soulful songs setting our intentions. Continuing to sip, sing, and drum, awakening the heartspace and the playful child within. Slowing down, resting in yin yoga poses supported by reiki and sound healing. Taking time to journal and process what arises. Closing with a soothing savasana and sharing in a supportive spiritual community, held by kindred Spirits in the physical and unseen realms.

Please bring your own mug for sipping cacao, a journal, and any special items you'd like to add to our altar space.

Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
