Body Ecologies workshop: A creative enquiry into how we understand and experience our bodies.

We are inviting you to an all-day immersive workshop in the lovely surroundings of Braziers Park.

This event is open to anyone interested in the many different ways Body Ecologies ideas and experiences can be expressed. It will offer an exciting opportunity for individual and group exploration through visual art, creative writing, movement, and discussion. We will explore form through clay, carrying form into movement, and bodily experience through words, discovering how the words can land once more in the body and become movement.

The day will be led by Helen Edwards and Ayala Kingsley.
