Bluebonnet Express

The 35th annual Bluebonnet Express is scheduled for Sunday March 29, 2026, starting from the Waller ISD High School (next to the Football Stadium) in Waller, Texas, approximately 40, miles northwest of Houston. This fully supported ride is one of the Houston area’s oldest rides and is presented by Northwest Cycling Club. 1257 riders were registered for the ride in 2025.

Four different distances/routes are offered. All routes are on back country roads, staying off most of the busier FM roads in Waller County. Cyclist experienced mostly flat sections and some gentle rollers. This is an excellent training opportunity for the upcoming MS 150.
