Usui Tibetan Reiki 1

Usui Reiki Level 1 introduces you to the foundations of this gentle, hands-on healing system. During the training you will learn the history of Reiki, how the energy works, and how to carry out a full self-treatment. You’ll also receive your Level 1 attunement, opening you to channel Reiki for yourself, friends and family. This beginner-friendly course is perfect for anyone wishing to support their own wellbeing, deepen their spiritual practice, or begin their Reiki journey.
