This workshop helps birth partners feel reassured in their role, so they can offer steady, informed and compassionate support - helping you both feel more connected and empowered throughout your birth journey.

Please bring along your birth partner(s).

You may also wish to bring a blanket for when practicing relaxations.

This workshop will run from 6-7pm from The Quiet Space at Hoylake Parade.
