- **Event Description**: Forestry of Sound invites you to a half day wellbeing retreat of sound energy healing & gentle Qigong movement & breathwork. 
Start the Spring by letting go of stress, feel calmer and more energetically balanced.

The day will begin with a guided meditation & intention setting, there will be an opportunity to create some healing sounds together using drums and shakers to raise our vibration and a   soothing Sound Bath to round off the day. 

We will also be joined by Nicky of Wuji Wellbeing who will be guiding you with a Qigong Practice -  a lovely way to realign your energy with breathing & gentle movement.
(No pre experience required)

A refreshing herbal tea (or a builders brew if you prefer) will be provided

Important
Not advisable for those in 1st trimester of pregnancy, those experiencing Sound Induced epilepsy or pace makers.
This event is restricted for those16 years and over

The session will offer an opportunity to sit for the activities for those who choose. Please contact me if you would like to discuss  any mobility or health issues that you think may impact on you being able to engage in the event.

Yoga mats & cushions will be provided, please bring a blanket and anything else for your own comfort for the day ( including your own mat if you wish)
Advisable to wear comfy clothing, and bring a bottle of water.
