WW2 History Tours - Get ready for an inspiring History Talk & Walking Tour with Historian & Author Tony Franks-Buckley. 

You will be taken to all the Historic Locations of Wartime in the Seaside Resort in an adventure back in time.

Our WW2 Historic Tour features include:

* Learn the History of Fort Perch Rock 
* Visit the Location of the US Army Base at the Tower Stadium where The Beatles later played on 27 Occasions
* The Secret Training at the Bathing Pools
*Army Dances at the Pier
*Sir Miles Dempsey and the 8th Army in Sicily and Italy 1943
* The German Spies in Wallasey
* The Maunsell Forts
* The Home Guard
* Life on the Homefront
* The Post War Years
* Visit the Art Murals of the new Victorian Quarter and hear the stories behind the Art
*Dog Friendly
* Visit and learn many other fun and interesting sites of the Victorian Seaside Resort!!!

Following the Tour, Aunty Moe’s Wartime Scouse is available inside the Mess Quarters of the Fort

We also have Special WW2 Talks on Specialist Subjects on Various Dates.

Please arrive no later than 10.30 to The Mess Cafe to get checked in, Food and Drinks available before introduction begins at 10.45. We will return to the Fort for 12pm where Aunty Moes Wartime Scouse is available to Purchase with a variety of Cakes or Sweets available.
