Drumming for Health & Well Being

Join me in frame drumming for Health & Wellbeing, a lovely way to bring our energy back into alignment as well as relaxing & fun! No experience required & drums are provided.
I will lead you in a range of exercises that will uplift your spirits & connect you to the earthy medicine of the drum.
IMPORTANT - this event is not advisable for people with epilepsy (specifically sound induced), 1st trimester of pregnancy & severe mental health conditions. Age restricted to 16 years plus

Free parking adjacent to building ( we will be in "The Quiet Space"- please note that room is accessed by a few steps.
