Goal for this workshop: To build confidence in using different hypnobirthing breathing techniques throughout labour.

We will look at the muscles of the uterus and how we can help them with our breathwork. We will look at several different breathing and visualisation techniques and link them to which stage of labour they’ll be most useful.

Feel free to bring along your birth partner(s).

You may also wish to bring a blanket for when practicing relaxations.

This workshop will run from 6-7pm from The Quiet Space at Hoylake Parade.
