Class List:
2D Futurity: $500 added, 1.0 sec split, award to Futurity Champion
Peewees: $100 added, awards by placings (all will get an award though), +5 sec for down barrel. Buckle for champion and other awesome awards! Maximum of 25 peewee entries.
2D Maturity: $500 added, 0.75 sec split, award to Maturity Champion
Open 4D: $1,000 added, 0.5 sec split, award to each D champion, can roll time from Futurity or Maturity.
Senior: $100 added, 4D, 0.5 sec split, award to each D champion, run or roll.
In-Betweeners: $100 added, 4D, 0.5 sec split, award to each D champion, run or roll.
Youth: $200 added, 4D, 0.5 sec split, award to top 2 in each division, run or roll.
Novice: $100 added, 4D, 0.5 sec split, award to each D champion, run or roll.
VGBRA point-only race: for VGBRA members who wish to run for points only.
Schedule:
8:00am-10:30am: Time Only Group Sessions. 10 minute time slots, 3 horses per time slot, $10 each. Raking arena every 30 minutes as needed.
10:30am-10:45am: Open Arena
10:45am-11:30am: Big drag/Course set up
11:30am: Start Futurity, followed by Peewees, Maturity, Open, Senior, In-Betweeners, Youth, Novice, and VGBRA Point Only Race. (Rake every 5, big drags guaranteed at least every 50 riders)

*BRN4D Prime Approval, co-sanctions NWBHA and VGBRA
*Dress code: YES
*D Cusick Photography will be there to take photos
*Must be present to claim award or have representation (please be in dress code). Our sponsors mean the world to us and we like to provide them with a framed award photo as a part of our thank you.
*Peewee awards presented during big drag before Open. Fut/Mat awards presented during first big drag of Open. All other awards presented after conclusion of race.
*Enter via SaddleBook starting 10/1/25. Pre-entry with payment due by end of day 11/12. Pre-draw posted 11/14. Late entries accepted until 10:30am day of race with $10 late fee.
*Payment methods accepted: Check (option available through 11/4, must be postmarked by 11/5), Venmo (@Anna-Stowers) option available through end of day 11/15, credit/debit card (this will be the only option available day of race)
*$30 fee for returned checks
*Entry Refund Policy: Refunds provided up to end of day 11/12/25, minus fees. After 11/12/25, refunds will ONLY be given in the event that the race has to be canceled.
*If you need stalls or RV electric hookup, details and reservations on SaddleBook with your entry.
*Grounds Rules:
-ALL dogs are to be on a leash at all times or remain at trailer/vehicle. PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG!
-Please tidy up around your trailers- no cleaning out of trailers onto grounds.
