Dinner in the Fireside Lounge with Pursued by Bear

This curated dinner will feature four hand-selected Pursued by Bear wines; each thoughtfully paired with a course crafted by Executive Chef Eric Koepsell. These wines are the result of a unique collaboration between two Walla Walla gentlemen — Kyle, whose roots in Bordeaux and Napa inspire bold yet balanced wines, and Dan, who brings scientific precision and discipline to the cellar. Together, their passion and playful banter create wines that harmonize Old World elegance with New World vitality.

With only 20 seats available, this intimate dinner is a rare chance to savor Pursued by Bear’s acclaimed wines alongside Chef Koepsell’s culinary creations in a setting designed for connection and conversation.
