The Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour will take place on Wednesday, Jan. 28, at 7 p.m. in Cordiner Hall. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.  Watch the trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTlD98NWOC8&t=5s

The night will include some of the best films picked from the many films entered into the annual Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival held this past November in Canada. There will also be giveaways from local sponsors, including Bicycle Barn, Ski Bluewood, Adventure Fit, Blue Mountain Credit Union, Eagle Crest Property Management, Greg Lehman Photography, Dusty’s Ski Shop and Crumbl (Tri cities)!!

Admission is free for Whitman faculty, staff and students with their ID. Tickets for community members are available starting Jan 16th in the Outdoor Program Rental Shop in Reid Campus Center. Adults: $17, Other students: $10, Alums and kids: -14 $5

The Rental Shop will be open Friday, Jan. 16, from 2–4 p.m.  Starting Tuesday, Jan. 20, the Rental Shop returns to standard hours of Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 12 - 5 p.m. and Tuesday/Thursday, 12 - 3 p.m.  We take cash and credit card.  Call the rental shop with any questions 509-527-5965.
