REFIT® is for all ages and all fitness levels. For everyBODY AND EVERYBODY! Everybody Belongs. You belong! Join us! Our classes are always free and we don’t sell anything! We want to build a space for a judgement free FUN workout experience where we lift each other up and celebrate one another. Try us out in person or zoom!
