We’ll begin with a brief introduction to the Internet of Things. Then we’ll upload simple instructions to a tiny computer connected to an LED light, so the light responds when the button on your phone is pressed. After that, we’ll assemble the hardware and see how it all comes together.

We’ll finish the workshop with a slower, creative part: decorating the light and turning the technical project into a keepsake.

?You will need your smartphone for the Blynk app (so you can control the light from your phone).
?If possible, bring a laptop for the code upload step.
No laptop? No problem, a Curiosity Station laptop will be available to share.
